LAST REVIEWED / OCTOBER 2026Who is responsible for the data
VSU · STUDIO is responsible for the personal information processed through this website. The studio provides web design, development and related digital services. You can contact the studio through the project form or Telegram regarding privacy or the use of your information.
Information we process
When you send a project inquiry, we process the name, email address, project details, preferred contact method and any additional information you provide. We may also process limited technical information needed to keep the website secure and deliver the form. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may process information about visits, pages viewed, device type, approximate location and traffic source.
Purposes and legal bases
Inquiry data is used to answer your message, understand the requested work and take steps before a possible agreement. Security and essential technical data are processed to operate and protect the site. Optional analytics is processed only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings.
Services and recipients
We use service providers only where needed to operate the website and answer inquiries. These may include the website hosting platform, Resend for email delivery and, after consent, Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. Providers process information under their own security and data-protection obligations. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area where a provider uses an approved transfer mechanism.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to answer the request, evaluate a possible project and maintain reasonable business records. If no collaboration follows, the information is reviewed and removed when it is no longer necessary. Information linked to an agreement may be retained for the periods required by tax, accounting or legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. To make a request, contact the studio and provide enough information to identify the inquiry concerned.
Security and responsible use
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information or confidential documents through the inquiry form.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The review date shown above identifies the current version.
Contact the studioFrequently asked questions
From a small landing page to a more connected website, here is how we approach scope and collaboration.
01How much does a website cost?
The price depends on the number of pages, design work, content structure and any integrations. After a conversation about your goals and scope, we can prepare a clear estimate.
02How long does a project take?
A focused landing page and a larger website system need different timelines. Once we know the scope and what content is ready, we can agree on a realistic schedule.
03Can you build a simple landing page?
Yes. We build focused landing pages as well as corporate websites, catalogues and connected platforms. The level of technology follows the task.
04Can a small studio handle a larger project?
We cover structure, design and development directly. For a larger scope, we define phases, responsibilities and realistic capacity before committing. If a request needs expertise outside our scope, we say so early.
05Which platform should we use?
We choose between Webflow, WordPress and other tools based on editing needs, commerce, integrations and your existing workflow. We explain the trade-offs before the build.
06Can you work with our existing website?
Yes, when the current structure supports the goals. We can review it, improve specific parts or propose a rebuild if the limitations are substantial.
07Do we need to have all the content ready?
No. We can start by mapping the pages and identifying what content is missing. You provide the business knowledge and materials; we help turn them into a clear website structure. Content production can be scoped separately.
08Who will we work with during the project?
You speak directly with the people planning the structure, designing the interface and building the site. We agree on decisions and feedback points at the start, so you know who is doing what.
09What happens after launch?
We check the agreed essentials before handoff and show you how to update the content. Ongoing changes or support can be discussed separately for the project.
